The following lists of top-most wanted extensions / add-on of FireFox will help you save a great deal of time during your blogging and surfing. They are add-on / extension for both naive, and advanced firefox users to exploit.
Important extensions for FireFox:
- Abduction! (Capture any part of a web page) *
- ColorZilla (Advanced Eyedropper) *
- CookieSwap (Swap out cookies on the fly)
- Cooliris (Transform into a full-screen 3D)
- Fast Dial (Visual Bookmarking shown when new tap started)
- FireShot (Take an entire screenshot of the page)
- Flagfox (Display a flag of the current server location)
- Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer (Never lose your bookmarks) *
- ImageBot (Upload images to ImageShack and Photobucket) *
- Linkification (Convert links into clickable links) *
- MeasureIt (Measure any element on a webpage)
- TimeTracker (Track the time you spend browsing)
- Undo Closed Tabs Button (Undo closed tabs)
- Gladder (Get over firewall and banned sites)

You mentioned two of my personal favourites: Foxmarks and ColorZilla and 3 I somehow missed but thanks to you try for sure: Abduction!, Linkification and MeasureIt. Let me suggest one more very useful for web developing tool: Firebug. Thank you for the nice and useful post - bookmarked!
Firebug is really a must-have add-on for the web developer, really!
Anyway, Linkification seems to eat a big pile of Bandwidth.
